Client Meeting
Working together from the start ensures that we both understand the priorities of your new build. We can project manage from early planning stages through to completion.
Inspection
We notify building inspectors at all stage of the build. We coordinate all stages with the local authority building inspector. This includes inspections of Foundations, Oversite concrete and damp proof course, Drains and pre-plaster work such as structural beams and timbers.
Planning
Before we start any major building work, you or your architect need to contact your local authority planning department to obtain planning permission. We can help with obtaining permission and put you in touch with a recommended architect.
Completion
We ring the building inspector when the work is completed, or when the building is occupied, whichever comes first. When the build meets with their approval they issue you with a completion certificate.
Building
We coordinate and site manage the whole build for you. Our trade contacts ensure that we obtain quality materials at a reasonable cost.
Moving In
This is the fun part - you take occupation of your new home. We are always available to assist with any problems you may have - we pride ourselves in great customer service. Read some of our testimonials.
